I took in a pair of sunglasses that I thought were unfixable only to be called a few hours later to come and pick them up, fixed!! Outstanding service and I’m very grateful 🙂

I have found Vivid Optical to be excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and caring.

Have always offered professional service extremely helpful regarding any eyesight problems too. Short notice bookings always accommodated pays to shop local. You get what you pay for if you only want an eye test then that’s all you have to have. Have never felt obligated to purchase glasses and frames professionally fitted which is important. Have just gone in to browse frames but since COVID I imagine pre booked appointments would take priority.

I got an appointment on very short notice, literally ten minutes after I called. They were all extremely nice, the optometrist was highly competent and communicated everything in a patient and friendly manner. Won’t go back there anytime soon solely because my eye sight is too good :P

Hands down best optometry experience I have ever had. Riya Makan has such a personable yet professional etiquette. I felt cared for, listened to and in safe hands. She went above and beyond to help cater to my questions and specific needs easily and efficiently. Jake was also so helpful and had a lovely kind and professional manner. Thank you Vivid optical team! Highly recommend, excellent experience.

User friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great range of frames.

Professional and friendly staff. Large premises, modern equipment and good range of frames. Bill the Optometrist was excellent in researching into issues with my eyes, taking time to listen and providing solutions. Personally I have found a notable improvement in moving from one of the large optical chains to Vivid.

Not sure why their rating is low as I had a great experience. Got an appointment on short notice and felt like Riya was kind, thourough, and knowledgeable. The girl at the front desk was kind and efficient as well.
