I have found Vivid Optical to be excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and caring.

I have had eye check-ups at Vivid Optical for a number of years and have always been impressed with the thorough service and the very friendly and helpful staff. On two occasions I needed an urgent appointment due to a foreign object having lodged in my eye. On both occasions I got an appointment the same day, and William Howe successfully removed the foreign object after carefully applying different tests – and all this without smudging my eye make-up! I can highly recommend Vivid Optical.

Hands down best optometry experience I have ever had. Riya Makan has such a personable yet professional etiquette. I felt cared for, listened to and in safe hands. She went above and beyond to help cater to my questions and specific needs easily and efficiently. Jake was also so helpful and had a lovely kind and professional manner.
