Amazing service didn’t even charge me for the repair of glasses.

Amazing service. The arm fell off my sunglasses earlier in the day - was walking past and stopped in to see if they could replace the screw. They had my sunglasses fixed, and me on my way within about 60 seconds. And didn’t even charge me! If that’s not top notch service then I don’t know what is. Thanks again - 20/20

My usual optometrist was on leave, but decided to see Miss Makan for this last appointment and found her to be very caring, helpful and thorough. I will be more than happy to see her again for my next eye examination.

Professional and friendly staff. Large premises, modern equipment and good range of frames. Bill the Optometrist was excellent in researching into issues with my eyes, taking time to listen and providing solutions. Personally I have found a notable improvement in moving from one of the large optical chains to Vivid.

She went above and beyond to help cater to my questions and specific needs easily and efficiently. Jake was also so helpful and had a lovely kind and professional manner. Have always offered professional service extremely helpful regarding any eyesight problems too. Short notice bookings always accommodated pays to shop local. You get what you pay for if you only want an eye test then that’s all you have to have. Have never felt obligated to purchase glasses and frames professionally fitted which is important. Have just gone in to browse frames but since COVID I imagine pre booked appointments would take priority.
